Why You Should Choose a Rapid Eye Technology instead of EMDR?

In a Rapid Eye Technology session, a client is seated and a technician uses an eye-tracking device rapidly and the client blinks and breathes. A client does not have to speak to and go into the story of the stress, trauma, memories or experiences. A Rapid Eye Technology session is focused on releasing the stress and/or trauma and reframing.
A client will release in the session so oftentimes a client release through yawning, hiccupping, coughing, laughing, burping, farting, crying, etc. The most common is yawning. At times, clients will feel the release and experience feeling tired as they’ve literally just released a ton.
After a session, I recommend every client drink water and eat sugar or salt as most have released a lot and the brain is recalibrating with the new information as well as listen to their body. Some clients require a nap, some require a soothing bath with Epsom salt. Please listen to your body, and do self-care.
