Rapid Eye Technology (RET) uses blinking and breathing so that a person can release stress from the brain and body.
RET is easy to do when working with a trained professional who facilitates a RET session. The RET Technician guides the person on the type of eye movements to make, where to look, when to blink and when to breathe.
A typical RET session is 45-60 minutes, which consists of the client being in an uninterrupted area in the privacy of their home, and they use their computer’s video camera and audio, and blink and breathe with ease.
Typically after a RET session, a client may experience fatigue and relief since they’ve just released a degree of stress from the brain and body.
